The FOUNDATION BALM can also be used as a simple eyeshadow base. For a natural sculpt, use a shade that's 2-3 shades darker than your skin tone to contour the bone structure. To balance your tone for photos, videos, and appearances, buff a sheer amount over your ears, neck, and visible skin. This product is safe to use on arms and legs, leaving a powder finish.
